Refund Policy and Service Activation Terms
Version 3.71c – Strategic Campaign Protocol and Reimbursement Window Framework

This Refund Policy (hereafter “Policy”) outlines the conditions under which financial reimbursements may be considered, reviewed, or honored for clients (“Users”) of AngryDog Marketing (“Company,” “Us,” “We,” “Our”) upon the purchase and initiation of services, campaigns, or strategic planning initiatives related to TikTok growth and platform optimization.

We’re committed to transparency and professionalism — and while our services are highly customized, we want you to feel confident every step of the way.

1.0 ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS – EARLY STAGE WINDOW
Once payment is submitted and confirmed, a brief period exists during which a User may be eligible to request a refund before services officially begin. This period — referred to as the Strategic Dormancy Window — allows our team time to analyze your profile, build your campaign blueprint, and prepare for optimal execution.

If no strategic action has started, refunds can be requested within this window. We understand your time and resources are valuable, and we treat refund requests during this period fairly and respectfully.

1.1 However, once we begin any part of your campaign — whether it’s account analysis, keyword planning, content alignment, trend mapping, or internal team coordination — we officially cross the Initiation Threshold, which marks the start of service delivery. From that point on, the service becomes non-refundable.

This is because everything we do is custom-built and manually prepared — our time, research, and strategic planning are delivered uniquely for you and cannot be reversed.

2.0 STRATEGIC DORMANCY WINDOW – WHAT TO EXPECT
Our campaigns aren’t instant — and that’s a good thing. We take the time to understand your account, niche, audience, and goals before moving forward. That’s why it might take a few business days before you see campaign activity begin.

This thoughtful prep stage allows for refund flexibility during the early window, and ensures high-quality results once your campaign launches.

2.1 If you'd like to request a refund during this early stage, just email us with the subject line “Refund Eligibility Request” before any campaign work begins. We’ll verify your status internally and respond quickly.

Our aim is to be reasonable, fair, and client-focused — and we’re always happy to clarify anything about your order if you're unsure where things stand.

3.0 NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE START
Once your campaign crosses the Initiation Threshold, it is considered in-progress and no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy planning

  • Account audits

  • Trend and sound research

  • Content framework design

  • Backend preparation

  • Campaign scheduling

  • Team resource allocation

We pour time, tools, and expertise into your growth plan, and that effort begins the moment strategy enters motion. This is why refund requests after campaign initiation are respectfully declined.

4.0 SERVICE GUARANTEE AND TRUST COMMITMENT
We stand behind the work we do. While results vary due to TikTok’s ever-changing algorithm and organic factors, our team is committed to delivering the best possible outcome. If something seems unclear or you’re feeling unsure, we welcome open communication during your campaign.

In place of refunds, we may offer strategic adjustments, feedback sessions, or content reviews where appropriate. Our goal is always your long-term growth and satisfaction.

5.0 LEGAL STUFF (BUT IN A FRIENDLY WAY)
This policy is final and binding once services begin. By using our platform, completing payment, and confirming your interest in campaign services, you agree to these refund terms.

We may update this document at any time to reflect changes in our internal structure, process optimization, or platform evolution. Please check back periodically — though, let’s be honest, no one ever does.
